Week nine of the high school football season in Ellis County saw a prayer tied to the end of a hail-mary pass at the buzzer, a couple of nailbiters and several teams winning in blowout fashion to punch their playoff ticket.

KBEC Sports had photojournalists and correspondents on hand to watch, photograph and recap Waxahachie, Life Waxahachie and Italy. The team will also work to provide updates for the rest of the Ellis County football programs throughout the weekend.
